These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tide & Stone website and your purchases from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.

We try to describe and picture our pieces as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly between screens. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Sale prices apply only while the sale is active. If we discover an error in a price or description, we may correct it and, where an order is affected, cancel the order and refund you.

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may limit or cancel quantities. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout; placing an order authorizes that charge. Your order is confirmed once we send an order confirmation.

We ship to the address you provide; please make sure it is correct. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once we hand the package to the carrier.

We want you to love your pieces. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items in unworn, original condition. To start a return, contact us at hello@tideandstone.com. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; shipping charges may be non-refundable, and return shipping may be your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Our jewelry is designed for everyday, waterproof wear when cared for as described on our Care & Sizing page. Following that guidance keeps your pieces at their best. Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear over time is not covered. Any warranty is limited to the terms stated at the time of purchase.

You agree to use our site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use its content without permission.

All content on this site — including our name, logo, images, and copy — belongs to Tide & Stone or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not use it without our written permission.

Our site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tide & Stone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
